One month later

I'm here! Sorry for the longer than anticipated break, everyone. Life has been a little crazy lately and I decided to show myself some self-love by expecting less of myself. Sounds a little weird, right? I am the Queen of Over-committing so this past month I've just let loose and tried to take each day on one-by-one. So, there was a little more just living life than also writing about it.

Easter was had and we painted eggs.

We hunted. 

Spring gave way to some awesome prairie smoke plants!

Friends came into town...

and we let the good times roll.

There was a lot to celebrate. 

Ben and I ate at the world's weirdest restaurant. The Bubble Room , Captiva, FL. 

A weekend was spent in FL to do floral work for the world's greatest boss!

I went to my favorite place, the beach. 

Then came home and worked a wedding double header and got a little slap happy. 

I attended a sweet fundraiser with my family...

featuring one of my favorite icons, Nancy Pelosi. 

Primary Elections were won.

And graduation ceremonies were had.

This is my sister, celebrating the end of law school Mary Tyler Moore-style. 

We celebrated our beautiful mamas and abuelas. 

It has been a good couple of weeks and the hubbub seems like it has just started with summer fun around the corner. I'll share as much as I can!
